Posting or transmitting any content that infringes or violates the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Posting or transmitting any content that is false or misleading.
Posting or transmitting any content that is intended to deceive or defraud.
Posting or transmitting any content that is malicious or harmful to Vita Schagen Art or any third party.
4. Shipping and Returns
a. Shipping
Vita Schagen Art ships worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size and weight of the painting. Vita Schagen Art uses a reputable shipping partner to ensure your painting arrives safely and securely. Once your painting has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
b. Returns
Vita Schagen Art offers a 14-day return policy on all original oil paintings. To return a painting, please contact Vita Schagen Art within 14 days of receiving it. Once Vita Schagen Art receives the returned painting, Vita Schagen Art will refund the purchase price, minus any shipping costs incurred. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
5. Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability
Vita Schagen Art owns all rights to the original oil paintings it sells. You agree not to reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any of the paintings you purchase from Vita Schagen Art without the prior written permission of Vita Schagen Art.
6. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Vita Schagen Art with respect to your use of this website. These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
7. Severability
